By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, uploading a resume, publishing a job posting, submitting a job application, or using any Services provided by SAPJobsFinder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and Services. Where specific commercial services (such as employer job posting subscriptions, bulk upload packages, or candidate career advisory services) are governed by additional terms, those supplemental terms will be presented prior to enrollment and shall prevail in the event of any direct conflict.

The Platform currently provides the following core services and capabilities:

• Talent Hub & Discovery: Searchable candidate directory enabling verified recruiters to discover qualified SAP specialists with candidate-governed privacy controls.
• AI-Assisted Relevance & Categorization: Semantic skill matching, automated relevance scoring, and taxonomy classification to assist job seekers and employers in finding relevant matches.
• Career & Practice Resources: Mock interview practice tools, SAP skill roadmaps, and career advisory resources.

03. No Employment Agency or Employment Guarantee

SAPJobsFinder operates solely as an online technology platform and career marketplace. Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement, SAPJobsFinder:

• Is not an employment agency, headhunter, labor broker, or employer of record.
• Does not guarantee that any candidate will receive job offers, interview requests, or responses from employers.
• Does not guarantee that employers will fill open positions or identify suitable applicants.
• Does not endorse, certify, or warrant the character, qualifications, or suitability of any candidate or the legitimacy, work conditions, or financial standing of any employer.

All hiring decisions, interview schedules, compensation packages, background verifications, and employment contracts are executed solely between candidates and hiring organizations. Users are responsible for exercising due diligence when evaluating employment opportunities or candidate qualifications.

04. User Eligibility & Account Requirements

To register for an account or utilize the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and undertake professional employment.
• If registering on behalf of an enterprise, corporation, or staffing agency, you possess the requisite corporate authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You are not barred from using online recruitment platforms under applicable laws, economic sanctions, or export regulations.

05. Account Registration and Security

When creating an account on SAPJobsFinder, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Promptly update your profile and contact details to maintain their accuracy.
• Safeguard your authentication credentials, passwords, and access tokens against unauthorized disclosure.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities, job applications, messages, and job listings conducted under your account.
• Notify SAPJobsFinder immediately at support@sapjobsfinder.com upon discovering any unauthorized access or security breach.

Users may not share credentials, transfer accounts, or create fraudulent, duplicate, or impersonation accounts. SAPJobsFinder reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts exhibiting unauthorized access patterns, credential compromise, or policy violations.

06. Candidate / Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a candidate utilizing SAPJobsFinder, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• Truthful Credentials: All resumes, work histories, SAP module proficiencies, educational backgrounds, and SAP certifications provided in your profile or applications are accurate and authentic.
• No Misleading Endorsements: You will not falsely claim certifications, professional achievements, or project implementations that you did not perform.
• Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: You will NOT upload, post, or transmit confidential employer information, proprietary SAP source code (e.g., custom ABAP routines containing proprietary business logic), customer data, passwords, credentials, system architecture blueprints, or any material protected by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Application Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing job descriptions, salary expectations, relocation needs, and visa sponsorship requirements before submitting applications.

07. Employer & Recruiter Responsibilities

Employers, staffing agencies, and recruiters publishing listings or utilizing Talent Hub agree to:

• Legitimate Vacancies: Publish only genuine, currently open, authorized, and verifiable SAP opportunities with accurate role specifications.
• Transparent Details: Accurately describe employment type (full-time, contract, part-time), work mode (remote, hybrid, onsite), geographic requirements, and compensation details where provided.
• Non-Discrimination: Comply with all applicable labor, employment, and equal-opportunity laws. Avoid discriminatory, illegal, or deceptive criteria.
• Respect Candidate Privacy: Use candidate profile and resume information obtained through applications or Talent Hub strictly for legitimate hiring purposes and never resell, redistribute, or harvest candidate data for marketing.

08. Job Postings and Content Standards

Employers and recruiters maintain sole responsibility for the content, legality, accuracy, and completeness of their job postings. Postings must accurately specify job titles, required SAP modules, experience levels, duties, and application instructions.

SAPJobsFinder reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to review, edit, unpublish, reject, or permanently delete job listings that:

• Appear fraudulent, misleading, outdated, or expired.
• Involve multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial advertisements.
• Contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or discriminatory language.
• Violate third-party intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
• Direct applicants to insecure, malicious, or phishing websites.

While SAPJobsFinder employs automated filters and administrative moderation, it does not warrant that every job listing is manually verified prior to publication.

09. Third-Party Job Sources & Aggregated Information

Certain career opportunities indexed or displayed on SAPJobsFinder may originate from authorized partner feeds, employer career portals, enterprise ATS integrations, or direct submissions.

Regarding third-party listings and external job links:

• SAPJobsFinder does not control the content, availability, or hiring timelines of third-party employer career sites.
• Job availability may change rapidly on external portals without immediate synchronization.
• External application links may redirect users to third-party domains where third-party terms and privacy policies govern.
• Users are encouraged to verify important employment, contract, and compensation details directly with the hiring organization.

10. Job Applications Flow & Submissions

When applying for opportunities through SAPJobsFinder:

• Direct Platform Applications: Applications may be transmitted directly to the posting employer’s portal dashboard, including the candidate’s profile details, SAP module tags, and uploaded resume.
• External Redirection: For certain enterprise listings, clicking “Apply” will redirect you to the employer’s official career website or ATS portal to complete the submission.
• Candidate Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data transmitted during the application process.
• No Outcome Guarantee: SAPJobsFinder does not guarantee employer response times, interview invitations, or application feedback.

To streamline the recruitment process, SAPJobsFinder incorporates algorithmic classification and artificial intelligence capabilities for:

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform, including candidate profile bios, resumes, job descriptions, company profiles, messages, and reviews (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content to SAPJobsFinder, you grant SAPJobsFinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to store, host, display, parse, index, reproduce, and adapt such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, providing, and promoting the Platform and its Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary licenses and permissions to submit your User Content, and that your content does not violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or breach non-disclosure obligations. SAPJobsFinder reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property of SAPJobsFinder

All platform interfaces, visual designs, typography, brand assets, logos, graphics, software code, databases, search algorithms, and original editorial content on SAPJobsFinder are the exclusive property of BridgecoreIT and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any platform software or proprietary content without explicit prior written authorization from BridgecoreIT.

• Protect Financial Credentials: Never share online banking passwords, credit card numbers, OTPs, or government identity documents prior to receiving a verified, formal offer letter.
• Verify Communication Channels: Be wary of communication originating from generic personal email addresses (e.g., @gmail.com or @yahoo.com) claiming to represent major multinational enterprises.
• Report Suspicious Activity: If an employer requests payment or acts suspiciously, report the listing immediately to support@sapjobsfinder.com or through our Contact Form.

17. Fees, Subscriptions & Payment Terms

SAPJobsFinder provides both free access tiers and optional premium services for candidates and employers:

• Candidate Access: Searching for jobs, creating basic candidate profiles, uploading resumes, and submitting applications are free for job seekers. Optional career services (e.g., mock interview packages, expert resume reviews) may incur published service fees.
• Employer Services: Employers and recruiters may access paid subscription tiers, featured job listings, bulk import allocations, and Talent Hub candidate discovery packages.
• Transparent Pricing: All fees, package inclusions, and service durations are clearly displayed prior to order confirmation or payment request submission.
• Payment Processing & Verification: Payments may be completed via designated payment gateways or through verified payment request workflows (e.g., bank transfer, corporate invoice) reviewed and approved by platform administrators.
• Refund Policy: Unless required by applicable statutory consumer protection laws, fees for activated job postings, consumed subscription periods, and delivered digital career services are non-refundable once provisioned.

18. Platform Availability & Modifications

SAPJobsFinder aims to deliver reliable and secure operations. However, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service availability.

The Platform may occasionally undergo scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, emergency security patching, or experience technical downtime. SAPJobsFinder reserves the right to modify, enhance, restrict, or discontinue any feature or service with or without prior notice.

Any interaction, application submission, or transaction with a third party is conducted solely between you and that third party at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, JOB LISTINGS, CANDIDATE PROFILES, AI-ASSISTED RECOMMENDATIONS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

SAPJOBSFINDER AND ITS OPERATOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT JOB LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE OR UNEXPIRED, THAT CANDIDATES MEET STATED QUALIFICATIONS, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS.

22. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAPJOBSFINDER, BridgecoreIT, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or Services.
• Any hiring outcome, employment offer, rejection, termination, or salary negotiation.
• Any conduct, statement, job listing, or User Content of any third party or employer on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, alteration, or compromise of your transmissions or data.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses.

Where applicable law does not allow the complete exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our aggregate liability for all claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you to SAPJobsFinder in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or the minimum statutory limit permitted by law.

23. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAPJobsFinder, BridgecoreIT, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable platform policies.
• Any User Content, job posting, or resume submitted or published by you.
• Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights).
• Your fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct on the Platform.

24. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close or deactivate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@sapjobsfinder.com.

SAPJobsFinder reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, delete your profile, or remove your job postings upon:

• Any material or persistent breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct, automated scraping, candidate fee demands, or fraudulent activities.
• Requests by law enforcement or governmental regulatory bodies.
• Extended periods of account inactivity or technical security concerns.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, trademark disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, warranty disclaimers, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination of these Terms.

25. Changes to These Terms

SAPJobsFinder reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms periodically to reflect enhancements to our Services, changes in operational practices, or evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
